This is a 1966 Topps #67 New York Mets rookie stars card featuring Cleon Jones and Dick Selma.

Cleon Jones finished 4th in Rookie of the Year voting in 1966, and that was just the beginning of a solid (though short) career which saw him play 1201 of his 1213 career games in a Mets jersey. He finished 7thin MVP voting during the 1969 Miracle Mets championship season when he batted .340.

Selma was a solid 5th starter/long reliever who enjoyed a sub 3.00 ERA in his last 2 of 4 seasons with the Mets; he enjoyed his best season with the Phillies in 1970 when he saved 22 games and had a great 2.75 ERA.
