I do offer FREE SHIPPING on all of my auctions, unless I state otherwise. There have been and will be times when I don't put a sufficient amount of postage, I do not do it intentionally, I "guesstimate" some packages I send. So when you receiving your item they may ask for a shipping fee. A lot of buyers think that they're "OBLIGATED TO PAY !!" This is a FREE COUNTRY PEOPLE and your free to make your own choices !! You do have the option of refusing so that it gets sent back to me to correct postage then I resend. Which is, the point of FREE SHIPPING !!
Some of my buyers choose to pay and they don't dispute it, as long as they receive their item and it's not damaged. So, if you do choose to pay "PLEASE..DONT DISPUTE IT !!"
