These are 100% Rayon....thin for the warmer months they have 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets, elastic waist with the waistband that prevents rolling down, Tie string with the metal ends, these are really nice pants

Womens Plus Size XL 16-18 these appear much larger so here are the approx measurements...

Waist 38"

Inseam 30"

Leg opening at bottom 7" (measured across while laying flat, so times that X 2 for the circumference)
