The 2006 NL Rookie f the Year with the Florida (Miami) Marlins, Hanley had an off year in 2015; don't think for a moment that it goes unnoticed, though that he cas collected over 1500 hits and 200 home runs in his career, mostly as a shortstop. A player in the mold of recent stars like Alex Rodriguez, Hanley has a great mix of power and speed (267 steals to date) and finished 2nd in the NL in MVP voting in 2009, when he led the league with a .342 average while posting a .942 OPS and 27 steals.
