This is for three surprise dessert recipes. They will be from recipes I have listed before and will be randomly picked by myself.
Surprise means surprise. If you are going to ask for refund before time is given to be delivered, then just simply look for something else to bid on...Serious bidders only, and delivery could take up to 26 to 30 days, my job as per listia rules to make sure it is mailed within seven days from auctions end. I do this every time.
Please ask questions well in advance of auctions end, so that I may have time to notice them. I have dr appointments to keep, will be doing Dialysis treatments and this will eat up some of my time. So I will check in after this and look to see about answering questions or auctions ending.

These will be ready to mail and will be awaiting a Listia Verified Address only...no message address allowed.

10 day auction, seven days for each side to communicate or give verified address, mail out item won. After this it is up to the hands of USPS. If you give enough time to be delivered as stated above, and you contact me...we can work on fixing it....otherwise no buyers remorse refunds given, as stated before.... also any non deliverable address given will also not be refunded...Address must be valid and Verified as well. If you will take time to READ RULES on LISTIA....you will know how to verify address.
