A couple of years ago, I told my nephew I'd get him a stuffed animal. His mom said he had too many things so I said if he gave me something he owned, I'd get him the stuffie he wanted. So this has been sitting in the bottom of my drawer for two or three years.

I can't remember who it's supposed to be or where he got it, but it looks like a Happy Meal you and could easily be Firestorm.

There is a switch on back and a button. They don't do anything. They probably did do something and the battery wore out but it doesn't look like you can easily replace the battery.
