Now the story...... I had one and it failed on me( probably something I did) but I could not get it to start back up and neither could customer Service. So they sent me another phone. It took longer than I expected and "Me" being a female couldnt wait that long so I upgraded to a better phone. Dont get me wrong this is a beautiful phone but I decided i wanted better. ( Don't we all)
