Of course! I'll ship anywhere. I am lucky to have a relatively un-busy post office nearby. Paypal works for me. It's 14oz in a bubble envelope, but I do have a box that will fit it... though it will probably add a few more ounces to the shipping weight. I have a scale here, so if you win, I will figure the weight of each and the cost, and you choose how you want it sent! =)

Are the ink pads new or used. and if they are used what is their condition?

Hi! THanks for asking. The 3-color pad still has the wrap/seal around it. The green and white were both used 2 or 3 times. All are water-based pigment ink, which a scrapbook teacher once told me can be fixed if dried out. She said you wet the entire pad, just enough that the pad is darkened (but not soaking), and let it sit overnight to absorb through the pad. Repeat if necessary. I actually did not test these, I didn't think to, but I would expect they've been in the drawer long enough that they'll need a bit of watering when before they get used again.
