comes with ties - has 5 pockets - measures 19 inches across. This is what you put on your medical walker.
they are great - all handmade and designed by me.

I have one for just about every holiday for my walker, that way you do not have to carry a purse.

Pockets are big and have lots of room in them. Even for your cell phone. Pockets are deep, so no one other then the one with the walker can grab anything.
