I'm sure she would and thanks so much for rescuing her! We had a stray puppy come up onto our porch last Feb, the poor thing was about 4 months old, skin and bones and covered with fleas, had a bacterial infection in her tummy and had the mange too. It was cold and although I'm a cat person I couldn't see that poor little thing out there suffering so we took her in and put her in a laundry basket wrapped in a big thick bathtowel. The next day I bathed her and the following day(Monday) when the vet opened I took her in and started getting her well. We named her Angel but she's definately not one of those lol. She gets into the garbage constantly! She's healthy though and we had her spayed so she found a good home finally. I am will fan you too, Sandy
