If you are offering free shipping, why do you need a pay pal address?

If you had read it said if you owed a shipping fee. Listia made that for me and worded it so I would not have to take it out and put it in all the time. That is a pain when you have so many items you are listing to remember to do that so I asked Listia for help and they did that for me.
