Not sure. I will check into that for you. Right now, I am not sure if it is or not. One the one hand, it is plastic. However, on the other hand, it is a cake mold. I am thinking you use it to make a heart-shaped cake, and then pop out the cake, put it on a Metal baking pan to cook the cake. Do they make plastic heat-resistant baking pans? I honestly don't know...
