Hun, unfortunately unless you have a copyright on this design the winner can do whatever they wish with it once they receive it, including re-listing it. (something to do with intellectual property law I believe). Listia does own the copyright to the logo but generally they do allow members to use it in this manner. Hate to rain on your parade but didn't want you to run into trouble with your verbiage.

Lol, I actually know that, and you're right...that is true! The guy who originally made these got the logo approved by Listia, then stopped buying them after awhile (I guess he's rarely on here). A couple of months ago someone informed me that someone was selling my cards. I can't actually say she was selling mine because I did see them and it was his original (but I sold those too till they were gone, then I updated them). The thing is, she was selling only ONE card for thousands of credits! It was insane! I just don't want people out there thinking that is me! I know all about copyright laws too, but I was told I could include this so maybe people will respect that these are my cards. That's all. ;-)
