Aww thank you. Actually any type of Stamp Purchased at the Post Office in the USA, is indeed a Forever Stamp. Some are different prices, as, 1cent, 5cent, 10cent, 22cent, and, so on. ♡

I think the postal worker misunderstood you or something, not all the stamps sold in the post office are forever stamps. There are different denominations of stamps like you stated above but only FOREVER stamps are FOREVER stamps. In essence these .22 cent stamps would have to have extra postage added to them to mail a first class letter (.27 cents to make it .49 cents). Same goes with the .05 cent stamps.
