The listing, Decorative Buttons with Hand Crocheted Flowers has ended.

1 1/2 inch crocheted black and ivory colored flowers are a perfect backdrop for these decorative buttons. There are 2 black and 4 ivory colored buttons flowers and buttons that are gold with pearl centers . Some have small indents around them that look like they have diamonds in them when the light hits them right. The other 2 buttons have the pearl center with an antique looking pattern.

These would be great for cards and lots of projects. I won these flowers on here and I had this brilliant idea. I am going to list a bunch more buttons but I thought these would be great together. I am going to add a bar pin to the backs and make a nice decorative pin. I figured someone might be inspired by these so I am sharing the leftovers.

just curious about a couple of things:1) do you use yarn or crochet thread to make the flowers?
and 2) are the flowers crocheted TO the button shank, or hot-glued to the back of the button? how are they attached?

First of all, I did not make the flowers. I believe it is yarn they are made with. I did not attach the shank. I just placed them on there to take the picture. I am leaving the creatvity to whomever wins as to how and where to attach them. Hope that answers your questions.
