Blooms late spring and summer to early fall. Makes nice Beds & Borders. Flowers are attractive and fragrant. It also attracts Butterflies, is drought tolerant and easy to grow. Has many medicinal uses, seeds can be crushed to make Evening Primrose oil. It will self sow and is perennial.

Sweetie, would you know of a remedy for cradle cap or a scratch that looks inflamed? My granddaughter does not know and I told her virgin olive oil is good for skin and hair for cradle cap. But I know I have seen something in flowers and I might even have it already, good for rash and inflamed areas? She said that the baby scratched her ear and it looks to her to be inflamed.
