Well I thank you for any input you may have on the bracelet, but I have only stated what I've been told by my benefactor and also from what I knew about him. I have tried to make it clear from the beginning that the origins are unknown. If you would care to enlighten me on the difference in private,then depending on how thorough you are in your knowledge, I will be glad to share the information with the bidders. But as I do not know you,I'm sorry but I would prefer we discuss this privately. I will, however, look into that style of jewelry to see if there is a resemblance. Do you know where someone would come across this style of bracelet in the US? That would help me make inquiries of the family to see if he spent any time there. Thank you.

been watching this and i don't care where it came from.you will find a lot of self appointed experts on listia but generally they know less than nothing and when you call them on it they block you,so don't be upset,say a prayer for these poor,poor souls who have nothing else in their life but nastiness.will be bidding.

As others have said, this is a beautiful bracelet and yes, there are "Negative Nellies" everywhere who leave snide remarks on other people's auctions. Much like watching tv, if you don't like the show, change the channel - and leave others alone who do enjoy it. My wife (feathersofhope) would love this bracelet and would also encourage you to ignore those other people, put them on block, but DO report them to the moderators. This is a great site with a lot of good people, but yes, there's always going to be those "bad apples" who try to spoil it. Don't let them. :)

I just feel that eventually enough people will block them so that they'll just go to another site or change their attitude, hopefully. This bracelet is beautiful. I would love to have it but at the moment I don't have enough credits. The are a few listiansd that get on new listians auctions and always say nasty things to them and it gets real sickening. Please don't listen to them or report them. Your auctions are great.
