If your package gets returned for improper address, I will ask that you pay for the shipping to mail
it out a second time.

I DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

stamps). I do NOT accept paypal because of their .30+ fee on such a small amount, UNLESS you are willing to
pay the fee or send as a gift, with no fee. Please do not hassle me about this, I have had too many crazy transactions due to PP. For this auction, 4 Forever stamps will be accepted.
