These are a little smaller than full sized but they aren't mini- approx 3.5 inches long for the whole item. They are new but not in sealed packages. This is how they are sent in my Birchbox and Ipsy boxes.

The full sizes can be fairly pricey- this is a great way to try before putting out the big bucks!
