My copy of his book Greene on Greens fell apart because I used it so much. I thought I'd try Greene on Grains because I had a feeling it would be just as good. It is! As I type this I am eating his Shrimp & Quinoa Salad with Green Olive Salsa. I don't even like green olives and I love this dish! I think I need to snap up his other cookbooks before they disappear. Such a pity I didn't discover him years ago.
There are plenty of health food cookbooks out there. Greene's books are for people who love good food, period.
