When you get verified no one gets your personal information except the administrators of Listia. A member can't get it. If you write your user name not your real next to the phone it proves you actually have the item. All this is explained in the Listia rules and how to sell and buy on Listia. It would help everyone if new people would read about Listia before selling or bidding. Also it is credits only and the seller doesn't receive his credits until the winner marks received and the item is as described. People aren't trying to be mean but as you have no feedback they will not blindly tie up their credits. I really want to bid on this, but with the pictures of the phone not being taken in a regular home environment, and without the Sellers name next to the item, it is very questionable :( It's to bad that the Seller did not want to take the time to get verified, and when asked to do so, replies that he "does not want to give out his information", when we all know that is not how it works :( I would have bid over 1 million credits or more if this Seller had just followed the rules :(
