What does Malecula smell like exactly? And is this just made with only 100% pure Essential Scented Oils?

Or are other oils, like coconut or jojoba also used in this?

This is pure Melaleuca oil. Nothing added unless you want me to add another oil. I have patchouli and lavander. Melaleuca is very robust like patchouli. But has almost a medicinal .... antiseptic smell with spice back notes...used for many many many things!
