For the first 3 days of each month leave it on to get minutes ... I have the charger that goes with the phone ... I'm suggesting to get your name and a new number for the phone ... It does not have any minutes right now, I've may not have it on to get the minutes ... Hope you have luck with the phone ... It has most things in it for you ... Thanks

According to safelink.com it is illegal for you to give away or sell their phones. You can find the information in their terms of service.

according to SusieSmith13 it is illegal to sell or give this phone away. SHE IS RIGHT. This auction needs to be flagged. The phone is for lower income persons through the government. She also could face charges from the company if she goes through with this auction.

To all bidders. FYI You must be qualified to use this phone. Be enrolled in some government program such as social security, food stamps, welfare, etc. if your aren't qualified you could be prosecuted.for using this phone.

Oh by the way, once this phone has been issued to a person such as the seller, it can't be used by any one else because the serial number is listed under that persons name and ssi number. So don't waste your credits and time. Just a fair warning.

you have to be one government assistance to use the phone so if you put it under a diff persons name you most likely wont get mins then the phone is useless. you know that this is illegal right?

also, you failed to mention that there is annual verification that you must participate in to qualify for the phone....so what is it???? Are your minutes up and U no longer qualify, so u have to screw someone over....I hope they turn u in...ppl like u are the reason the lower working class get a bad name!!!!
