The listing, Ipod 40GB Please Read has ended.

You are bidding on a 40GB ipod. I got it from a friend. When i charge it and try to turn it on, it starts to make a clicking noise and then i get the screen shown in the third pic. Buyer beware, this is as is. Probably easy to fix but i do not have the time to fix.
