The listing, Lot of Five Foreign Coins - Panama, Uruguay, Yugoslavia, Sierra Leone has ended.
I am pleased to offer for auction today on Listia this interesting and educational lot of five foreign coins. These would be great for that new collector, or as stocking stuffers for the would-be world traveler!
I know nothing about foreign coins, so I will just try to describe them as best I can. (1) Gold in color. Light. Face: Republica Oriental Del Uruguay. Articus. 1968. Reverse: 5 pesos. (2) Gold in color. Face: Republica de Panama. 1966. Reverse: Cinco Centesimos de Balboa, 5. (3) Copper color, dark. Face: Sir Milton Margai. Unity - Freedom - Justice. Reverse: Sierra Leone. 1964. Half Cent. (4) Silver color. Light. Face has flames in some kind of wreath. Writing appears to be Russian or some Slavic language. Reverse: 1 Dinar. 1953. (5) Light, silver color. Face has the same flames in wreath as previous coin. This one has on it: Federativna Narodna Republika Jugoslavija. Reverse: 1953.
As I said, I know nothing about the coins or their value. I will try to answer any questions you have.
