This is a full 50 stamp, First Day of Issue sheet, commemorating all of the 50 state flags! Each stamp is a 13¢ stamp. They've been specially postmarked Washington, D.C. with the 1976 date. This was a special printing for the 1976 Bicentennial year. It's still all in one sheet....not broken up. It's been fastened to a large white envelope. If someone wanted to get if off of the envelope, it could be done with soaking. However, soaking also weakens the perforations, so they could possibly come apart. Probably best to leave it as it is, but....your choice. Being from 1976, it isn't exactly new. It hasn't been well protected, but still in decent shape. I have 2 of these, and they both were like this when I got them. This particular sheet has a stain on the lower right corner. I have since aquired a mint sheet so I can let these go. I'll be listing the other sheet soon. I can tell you...the mint sheet wasn't cheap, so this is a way you can own the sheet without having to spend a bunch of money. It's actually a really cool sheet!
