This is a thin die cut tool called the Lantern and the poinsettia. It is produced by Cottage Cutz. The approximate assembled size is 3.6" wide x 2.9" high.

If you need some help learning die cutting techniques, there are lots of demonstration videos on you-tube. This die cut works on most popular die cut machines (not the electric type such as Cricut)! It works better with a metal shim and some people use a rubber mat.
