Brand new, still in original box. This is a Hand Painted Oil Painting With An Old Fashioned Looking Clock. It is like a town scene picture. I have a couple others of these and they are individually painted because i have noticed slight differences in the paintings! It`s really cool! This is a really nice set. The clock is awesome looking! I have one hanging on my wall! This would make an awesome Christmas gift! I am sorry but i am not able to offer free shipping as to i don`t have the funds to do so.
