You get everything in the pics. The Coach bag and all of the cosmetics. The bag could use some oil and light cleaning on the outside. I didn't have the oil or I would have done it myself for you. The bag has the outer key tag attached. The inside has a small side pocket with the attached Coach creed (picture # 20). .The top has the YKK zipper pull. The handle drop is about 9 inches. This is a really nice suede bag. Have fun and good luck to all.

I really hate not offering free shipping to Canada anymore, because I use to, but I just can't afford it any longer. I most certainly will ship if you help on the cost. I recently found out that I can only ship out of the USA with a tracking # because a confirmation # can't be tracked by the post office. I lost a package going to Canada and it was never found because I only did confirmation. So I lost the item, the money I paid to ship and my credits. It cost me around $4.98 to ship it, and the same package with tracking would have cost $21.00 if had paid for tracking with it. With tracking is the only way I can continue to ship out of the USA. I will pay the shipping cost and require the winner to pay the tracking difference on items that I list. This should cost around $11.00 to ship to Canada, so I am guessing the tracking would be around $10 extra. Sorry & I hope you understand. I don't know why the post office charges so much for tracking out of the USA, but it is what it is.

and i am totally on the same page with you in regards to shipping overseas, it costs quite more than shipping in the US, and transit time is relatively shorter, as well, too.

I'm just afraid of the negative. I always ship my items but there could be a time that someone thinks I didn't, so I always use confirmation, but the tracking cost out of state is way out of control and confirmation won't work. I am hoping to try the UPS system soon when I can get down there and have a chat with them. Thank you Hun. Have a great night. :)

no worries. i love passing along helpful information as i think that the positive listians on the site help make it a true community. i like sending out positive vibes as when i was debating leaving the site after a few bad apple/experiences, some people were nice enough to leave me positive comments to encourage me to stay. and it worked. but i do the auction listing in smaller quantities, so i don't overdo it in shipping costs. good luck to you!

suede bags can be cleaned using a suede brush (can be the one you use for your suede shoes, as long as it isn't stained or dirty). to ease off stubborn stains, use a clean eraser- i saw this done at a dooney store, some time ago. i wouldn't use liquid because it could ruin the bag. good luck with this stuffed designer bag auction.
