I can't see in the photos but you say that each one is 512 and not the combined of both equel 512 or tewo 256?

Right, each individual stick is 512 mb. I.e., if you add both sticks to your motherboard, you'll have an additional 1,024 of ram.

Sounds good. You might want to check your motherboard (mfg and model number) to make sure PC3200 memory is compatible.

Are these dual or single channel ram?

Not sure, but they seem to be single channel, according to this: http://www.geil.com.tw/products/list/id/2

Wouldn't they work in duel channel mode when both are put into place?..

The mfg's page (http://www.geil.com.tw/products/list/id/2) says something about that: "pairing up the sticks that work best together under dual channel mode."

So I think you're right, but I'm not enough of a hardware expert to say for sure.
