Perfect for a christmas gift. excellent condition. fully furnished, with couch, chair, kitchen,table and two chairs for kitchen, bathroom, bed, chest. new, opened and put back in box because i found out my granddaughter already had a dolll house.

I really do not know...but all the pieces are pretty big.....the smallest piece would be the TV. I think it would be fine....but you decide......I loved it.

Our house is pet and smoke free, but I bought this off E-Bay and I cannot state that the seller is the same. Age? It looks like it is brand new....but I do not know. It is labled on the bottom "Target" 08/10. I bought for my granddaughter and then found out she already had one. Local pick....sure
