Thanks :-). I bought a couple PCs on Listia. Now I'm reselling them. I think I will put Windows 10 on it (if the winner wants) and add a few free software like an Antivirus to allow the winner to hit the ground running after winning the lot. I just plugged this one in and saw that it was not updated since April 15...

This is probably a dumb question, but is it possible to upgrade the i3 to a higher intel processor

See this generic answer here: http://pc.net/helpcenter/answers/upgrade_from_i3_to_i5_processor. I would have to do more detailed research to find out about this particular computer. This i3 processor is 4th generation. There are now 5th generation intel desktop processor but you can still buy the 4th generation ones and pretty cheaply, however from page 72 of the H50 repair manual it looks like CPUs are not to be replaced by customers, and the i5 and i7 processors have different wattages. It looks like replacing the CPU would void the warranty: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/desktop_pub/lenovo_h50_hmm_20140929.pdf

Yes it should be. I'm not sure if the orginal lister took those screenshot with the computer running or not, but I cropped the dfirst of the specs screenshots and what I cropped out was the toolbar of Norton utilities which I think means that Norton Utilities was running on the computer and self-reporting the specs. The original lister gave the impression that computer is essentially new and unused. It was purchased apparently in the beginning of 2015 for $499.

OK, well I took the computer out of the box. There is a driver backup disc which I guess is considered a software disk, but there is no Windows 8.1 backup disc. I can get one from microsoft and send it to the winner. Also I can make a Windows 10 install disc, because I know how to do that. Finally I can install Windows 10 if the winner would like.

I'm going to eat dinner but after dinner I'm going to fire up the computer and take screenshots and do a benchmark test to see how fast it is. I take screenshots of the benchmark too.

My impression of the computer is it is slightly used. The black plastic exterior parts are scuff in 2-3 places. There are also a couple of small scratches on the plastic and metal exterior parts. However the great preponderance of the exterior is metal with baked on black paint and it is almost immaculately and new appearing. There is memory card unit under the DVD player/burner and it still has the protective plastic film over it which I won't remove.

The instructions and discs look complete in that these days Windows and software discs are not provided with computers. I'm amazed to see the driver disc to begin with. The instructions and warranty look lik like they have been slightly pawed over and the bag hold them apparently fell aprt because it is scotched tape togethor.

However my speculation as to the condition of this computer turned out to be right. I assess it's physical appearance to be like new.
