Made of 100% wool by Standard Pennant Co in Big Run PA, this high school or college sports Letterman letter is in colors of gold and deep red, maybe maroon. I tried researching if it was HS or college and could not find anything, perhaps not looking far enough. If you love football, collect these vintage pieces, you may want to add to your collection. As you can see in pic#3 it belonged to a "R.O'Hara" in the school year 42-43, during World War II . The felt back is double stitched for strength with a 3D loop wool front design. Says it's made of felt, leather and chenille wool but perhaps the leather is inside. Measures about 7 inches tall and 9.5 inches wide. Please ask any questions. Scent free.
