I got nailed for being honest. I listed a replica Betsy Johnson necklace. I was trying to be honest, but I violated the rules..I know that now. I guess I should have just listed it..Then I see a moderator featuring a replica super bowl ring. I called him on it. He said the replica ring was authorized, mine was not. Frankly, I think that is splitting hairs a little. I would not have minded, but they put a warning in my account :(

I don't even pretend to understand some of Listia's rules, but I try to obey what I know. I am on four other sites (books only sites), and have two of them "on vacation" as I don't have time to "do" five sites since I am basically house bound with Venous leg ulcers, which almost gets well and then I manage to scrape another place. I do know they "took care of" one of my winners who made some very nasty remarks BEFORE he got the book he had won. It was a nice OLD collectible one; wish I could have not sent it to him!! Listia sanctioned him; he had bragged about all the people he had turned in to Listia......and even threatened with the FBI!!! But thank goodness I have some really great repeat bidders; so I need to get my listing built back up to over 100 where it was before health problems. I don't understand the difference in a necklace and a ring???? Guess I need to look up some more "rules" before I get in trouble. But I still think Listia is great, so if I have to give up a little here and there, I will just grit my teeth and keep listing!!! Thanks for writing; sorry I have rambled so much. I could have listed a book or two while typing this!!!! But, all work and no play........ Jay

I am so sorry you are dealing with Venous Stasis Ulcers. I have been a Nurse for 33 years and have treated more than I can remember with this affliction. I myself have had to go on Disability, due to Degenerative Joint Disease, Fibromyalgia, several Bulging Lumbar Discs and Major Depressive Disorder..kind of an all around train wreck!

All you can do is make note where your legs are all the time! We used to use Compression, of course, HyperBaric chambers, along with a treatment where they pull the healing portion of your White Blood cells from your own blood and made a topical ointment out of it. The name of that slips my mind at the moment..

I do wish you success in healing..it is a HUGE battle!!

So far over two years of ups and downs; right now, looking good IF I don't scrape another spot. Working now on getting the swelling down. But maybe, soon!!!
