To Apply Tattoo: Wash and dry the area where the tattoo will be applied. Peel off the protective plastic from the tattoo, and carefully place on desired area. Using a damp sponge or washcloth, hold it against the backing paper until it is completely saturated. After 10 to 15 seconds, gently peel the backing off. Allow the tattoo to set for about a minute.
To Remove: Use coconut oil or if you don't have coconut oil, use alcohol (don't use too much that will dry your skin out )to remove tattoo.
