has double sided tape attached so u can close em if u like, if not just tuck in the tab

These can be used to mail letters thru the mail can't they?

yes they can altho they are made from magazine pages, i use them but make sure u have the addresses marked clearly i tape a whit piece of paper to front.... i also tape my envelopes... even store bought ones to make sure they get to customer safely :)
