This handsome frame has an easel back (see last photo), as well as hooks on the back so you can hang it horizontally (landscape) or vertically (portrait).

The opening in the frame is 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" (just right for an 8" x 10" photo!) and has glass in it; the outside of the frame is approximately 10" x 12"

Please see a detail of the frame in photo #3 - it's very well made and looks like pewter.
