Okay then i guess you need to sell some stuff. They do this to prevent hacking, I believe. So that people can't just create a new account and hack some credits into their account, to get a fast gift card.

I believe You have to sell more than just one thing, and you have to ship the item, then wait til you get feedback. But unless you're trying to gin, don't worry about it. All of these I list end with gin within 48 hours.
