It's Back My Darling Listians.....But this time it's going to ALL make sense.....I hope all my previous bidders find me!!
We got this guitar winning one of those impossible to win (except for us) games at the Fair. But none of us know how to play the guitar, nor do we even have the necessary amplifier to play it. It has sat on shelf in our garage collecting dust for a few years now. It hasn't ever really even been played except for maybe once or twice someone would pick it up just to give it a strum. I've been told it needs a couple of very minor, very inexpensive repairs from being shuffled on the shelf outside or whatever. I have taken close up pictures of the items in question, but I'll try to explain them here too:
1. Where the strings attach to the end of the guitar towards the top, there is a tiny white strip that each string has it's own little groove it sits in. The end is broken off for the last string so it doesn't have a little slit to sit itself in. I've been told you can get one of these for around $4 at a music store.
2. The only other thing I've been told it needs goes in the bottom portion of the guitar, were that chrome space is. There is a hole and apparently there is this bar thing that you screw in that hole to somehow manipulate the amplification of the sound or whatever when you are playing. It's not broken. The thing is just missing. I've been told you can pick up one of those for about $10 at a music store. To be honest with you, I don't remember the guitar coming with that piece. So maybe it comes with the amplifier?
Otherwise this guitar is a beauty. No big nicks or scratches anywhere. It hasn't been slammed up against anything or dropped or whatever. It's in good shape it just really needs/wants to be loved and played.
No returns. All Listia Rules Apply Of Course
Good Luck Darlings and Happy Holidays
