Does this include everything that you would need to get started? Manual ect...I want to start to monitor myself. But I don't know exactly how and what you need. I fanned you and will bid.

This is only a meter, the lancet device and some brand new lancets and the case. Sorry no books, but very simple to use. Insert the test stripe, use the lancet in the device for a blood sample and put the strip to the blood.
