Size: 2-3/4 inches height by 4 inches width
Type: Sew-on only
Condition: This is a previously owned patch that has no obvious appearance of being used before. Most likely kept as part of a collection. No holes indicating that it was sewn on a garment.

I do see what could be a small piece of wax remnant on bottom left corner.
I'm Sorry, not enough for me to be 100% sure.
