For consideration is this large metal tray with folding legs by MarshAllen Products Inc in 1983. Measures 17.5" L x 12.5" W x 7.5 D (when legs are unfolded). It is decorated with brightly colored balloons, and the colors around the borders match the balloons. It is clean and in great condition, especially to be vintage.
