I have always wanted one. But about 6 yrs ago instead of buying one I adopted an abused Bull Mastiff, Lady, she had been beaten and was covered in deep wounds from some type of whip and malnutrition. We tended her back to health and she was a wonderful pet. I had an accident and was in a wheelchair for almost a year. The whole time she stayed right beside me either next to the wheelchair or by the bed and at the door waiting for me to get back from docs and therapy. She passed away over the summer she was so old that she had lost her hearing, then control of her bowels and in the end she couldn't walk anymore either and I repaid her I stayed by her side till the end. Oh goodness I am a tearful mess. Sorry! I miss her
