think of it as months instead of doses.. does that help?
so if you have a cat over 9# you will be able to get 5 months of flea control or if you have 5 large cats.. you can treat them all for one month? does that make sense?

we're lucky we rarely see a flea on our dog, but he has very sensitive skin and gets rashes and want to prevent any problems.

and Thank you for your bid :) I am going to include 4 tubes.. because the product t ends to remove the numbers on the syringe.... if your not careful.. In the past I have used a needle to pull the advantage out of the vial.. then I cap it and remove the needle before applying the product..If that makes sense..

The potential tube will treat 3 large cats.. or 6 small cats or two dogs weighing 11-20# and one small cat etc.. or 6 small dogs under 10 pounds..

Ok but even then you would think a cat under 9 months old would get the lesser doses. And I was thinking of the # sign as a pound sign. I am not trying to sound rude, Am just trying to figure out what you meant. But the way it read to me is, under 9 lbs gets 10 doses and over 9 pounds is only 5 doses. Just re read it, I think you may even had it backwards. Or maybe I am. Weather you meant months or pounds, I think the younger the cat/dog is the less they get. And the older they are more they would. The younger they are the less they weigh, and the older the more they weigh. But honestly I have 5 dogs and a cat. I have bought a lot of frontline through the years, and you do by them by pounds of your pet. That is another reason I was reading it that way. Hope your not taking this as me being rude.

It solely depends on the weight of the cat. Period.. When I am talking about months its not the cats age.. Advantage is a once a "Month" flea treatment.. :)

Advantage is based on weight.. lighter the animal the less advantage it needs..

Now, I am confused a bit still. I would like to know if the kit comes with some flea medicine to begin with or if it is just the info and first picture. It does not come with the flea medicine.. only what you see in the first picture.. but rest assured if you are purchasing the Cat advantage... I can save you money..thats for sure..

I have so many stray cats around here, mine are all indoor cats. But my one white cat managed to run outdoors a few months ago and get some fleas on him. He's highly allergic to them and was pulling out his hair. So now I keep a spray bottle by the back door. The advantage really helps, frontline wasn't doing a thing to control the fleas. I even had to bomb the house because of the fleas. So they are nothing to joke about.I hope you do well with the auction.

I haven't purchased any lately. I have your auction on my watch list. My cats are all inside cats, but you can still bring fleas in the house on your clothing and shoes.

Thanks for the information, I purchased a kit like this last year from ebay. With more than a couple of cats, one vial lasted longer and was cheaper than buying advantage in the stores. Also I prefer Advantage over frontline, frontline doesn't seem to work as well.
