REAL 10K Gold Heart Pendant and a Diamond. This pendant is missing a stone so I am sending this diamond along for someone to use to fix it. It is a real diamond and has been tested (see pictures). It is a little bit bigger than the other stones but it still looks good. I tried to get it to stay in but I'm not a jeweler and I don't have the right tools. I've added a picture showing that it fits in the little setting but not sure if it will be able to stay in since it's a little bigger. If not, you will have to find a different stone and do something else with the diamond. The other stones are cz's I believe. You will be surprised though, when you see this because they are just as pretty and sparkly as the diamond. They look so good that I have tested them over and over but they never go more than green or yellow (see pictures).

Solid 10kt gold. Genuine Diamond...I don't know the carat wt please see pictures of the diamond by a ruler.

This is Real and stamped 10k. Not plated or filled.
