Bledsoe was one of the NFL's biggest stars in the 1990s. A #1 overall pick who made 4 Pro Bowl's, he signed football's biggest contract ever in 2001. He was injured in only the 2nd game of the contract and the Patriots used a kid named Tom Brady to substitute for him. By 2002, the Patriots had shipped Bledsoe out; he finished his successful career with Buffalo and Dallas. He passed for over 44,000 yards and 250 touchdowns in his career.
