Here is a little toy Pinocchio from the movie Shrek...he stands about 4 1/2 inches tall....his arms will rotate completely around...I believe he had another toy piece that went with this but I do not have it.....Also this toy needs a small battery replaced inside of it....it does talk but I do not know the battery type or size....it takes a triangle shaped tool to remove the screws....Still a nice toy if you love Shrek....
