From time to time, I try to offer free shipping when I can afford to, that is why it says "free shipping this time only". It is easier for me to add the disclaimer at the top of the listing, rather than having to rewrite the entire listing. There is nothing sketchy about it. If you look at my history, I have listed items free in the past and the listings were written the same way. It is free shipping this time only, sorry for the confusion.
