If you ship it regular snail mail US TO US they are gonna charge you by how much the item weighs, Then to add tracking is about another 75cent. If you charge 5.50 you mine as well ship it to people using priority 3day mail, it comes with tracking and insurance, and only cost 5.50 .. I have shipped items to ppl for years and i have never been charged a different amount in where i send it too, only the type shipping i use. This controller by standard shipping would not cost 5.50 because it does not weigh that much.
