LOL these used to be 15,000 GIN like a year and a half ago when Listia was "normal" without all the inflation, caused by... I don't know what... overbidding for one thing and gift cards even being allowed for another.

I'll guess that whoever wins gave away or paid more than $15.00 of true value in whatever they sold or how ever they got their points..... overbidding is a big ripoff to the winner and everyone else due to the inflation it causes (i.e. your points have less buying power for those non finance / economics majors)
